What Is Your Return Deadline?
We offer a 14-day return window from the date you receive your product, and returns are only accepted for items that arrive damaged or faulty.
If 14 days have passed since delivery, we can no longer offer a refund or replacement.
Please do not send any items back until you have contacted us and received full return instructions.
Which Items Are Eligible For Return?
Returns are only accepted if the item is faulty, damaged, or defective. To qualify:
- The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
- All tags must still be attached.
- Clear photos of the fault must be emailed to us for assessment.
- The return request must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.

Once we receive your email and photos, we will provide full return instructions and the correct return address.
How Do I Request a Return For a Faulty Item?
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please email us at thescreechingowlx@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
We will review your photos, confirm eligibility, and provide the return address and instructions.
After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email if it has been approved or rejected.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within the standard processing timeframe.
Who Pays For Return Shipping?
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is confirmed faulty.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If your refund is approved, the return shipping charge may be deducted unless the issue was due to our error.
Do You Offer Exchanges?
We only replace items that arrive defective or damaged.
