HOW QUICKLY CAN YOU ANSWER MY QUESTION?
We aim to respond to all messages and emails within 24 to 48 hours in the order they are received. All enquiries are answered in the order they are received.
CAN I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS AFTER MY ORDER HAS BEEN PLACED?
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before checking out, as orders cannot be amended once they are in production.
If you notice an error, email us immediately with your name and order number. We will try our best, but address changes are not guaranteed, especially once your order has entered production or has shipped.
HOW LONG IS THE PROCESSING PERIOD?
Processing time for all items is up to 5 working days after your order is placed.
All made-to-order items begin production immediately, and we are unable to make changes once production has started.
GENERAL SHIPPING INFORMATION
Once your item has been produced (up to 5 working days), your order is handed over for shipping.

You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.
SHIPPING TIMES BY REGION
UK: Usually delivered within 3–5 working days after item is produced.
EU: Usually, 6-21 working days after item is produced
USA: Usually up to 7 working days after item is produced
Canada: Usually 6–21 working days after item is produced.
Rest of the World: Delivery can take 6–21 working days, depending on destination and customs processing.

WILL MY ORDER COME IN ONE PACKAGE?
Items may ship separately if ordered with other items.
Depending on your order size, you may receive multiple packages, each with its own tracking link.
OUT OF STOCK / BACKORDERED ITEMS
If an item is out of stock or backordered, we will notify you via email.
Backordered or out of stock items may take up to 3 weeks instead of 2.

Yes! We ship worldwide.
All orders are made to order, and shipping begins after the 5-day production window.
International delivery times vary by region (see shipping section for more details).

We’re sorry your order didn’t arrive in perfect condition.

WHY ISN’T MY TRACKING NUMBER WORKING YET?
Tracking numbers may only update once the parcel reaches the first scanning point.
International orders may show limited tracking until they reach your country.
If your tracking hasn’t updated after several days, email us and we’ll investigate.
THE TRACKING SAYS “DELIVERED,” BUT I HAVEN’T RECEIVED MY ORDER.
Please check your mailbox, neighbours, safe-place locations, and local post office.
Once a package is marked as delivered, the delivery carrier assumes responsibility.
If you still can’t locate it, contact your local postal carrier for further assistance.
